This season, commencing October 2016, saw Intract come on board as a gold sponsor for the Jabiru Bombers team who play in the TIO NTFL Men’s Division 2 competition in the Northern Territory.
The support of sponsors is essential to the club being able to continue to provide this sporting and recreational opportunity to Jabiru, and particularly residents of Gunbalanya where majority of the team come from. Sponsor support helps the team with essentials like flight and transports costs, subsidised player uniforms, player recognition awards as well as training and medical equipment.
The Jabiru Bombers are currently sitting first on the ladder with 16 wins from 16 games with two rounds remaining before finals commence. Intract Australia are proud to be affiliated with the Jabiru Bombers and wish them success in their journey to the Grand Final for 2016 / 2017.
