Collaboration with McMahon Services

Leading construction services provider, McMahon Services, is the minority shareholder of Intract. Together the two companies work collaboratively to bring employment and upskilling opportunities to Indigenous people. Intract either self-delivers projects using our own resources or, alternatively, delivers projects under a collaborative arrangement with McMahon Services who provide Project Managers, Supervisors and plant and equipment to support the delivery of works. The collaborative relationship provides Intract with increased capacity, resources and systems to deliver complex and large scale civil and building infrastructure.

Intract provides Indigenous people with career development and long-term employment in the civil and building construction and maintenance industries.

Our in-house skilled and experienced personnel are supported by a national fleet of plant, equipment, workshops and warehouses which allows us to self-perform the vast majority of works without relying on machine hire.
